Production Time

All items from Hartke Creations are handmade and produced in small batches or made to order.

Please allow 2 to 6 weeks for production.
This timeframe allows for the design and creation process, customer approval when applicable, and final finishing. Many items are individually hand painted and sealed with a UV protectant to help preserve color and durability.

Production times may vary depending on order volume, customization, and material availability.


Shipping

Shipping is available for most items. Orders are carefully packaged to protect your purchase during transit.

Shipping rates are determined at the time of order and will be clearly communicated before payment is requested.

Tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped.


Local Pickup

Free local pickup is available at the following location and time:

Ingles Parking Lot
Fridays ONLY
10:30 AM – 11:00 AM
Gray, GA 31032

For safety and convenience, pickups are conducted at this public meeting location only. Pickups are not available at our residence.

If you are unable to meet during this scheduled time, alternate arrangements are USPS.


Made to Order

Many items are created specifically for each customer.

Design details may be confirmed before production begins. Work will start once order details are finalized and payment arrangements have been completed.

Because items are handmade and often customized, small variations may occur. These variations are part of the handcrafted nature of our products.


Design Fee

A flat $25 non-refundable design fee may be required for custom work that involves new design creation, significant modifications, or multiple revisions.

This fee compensates for the time required to create and prepare custom designs. If the customer proceeds with the order, the design fee will be applied toward the final purchase price.

Not all orders require a design fee. Standard products and simple personalization requests typically do not include this charge.


Returns and Refunds

Due to the handmade and custom nature of our products, returns and refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

If an item arrives damaged or there is an issue with your order, please contact us so we can work toward a fair resolution.
